Apr. 14th, 2011 01:41 amI put up a Wigglytuff on the GTS looking for a Braviary, and got a nice Japanese Braviary in return! I was so happy, I've wanted a Braviary for quite a while! I went and bred him immediately. For my bird team I'm going to do in White version, I wanted an Adamant Rufflet named Washoe. I was optimistic and named the first Rufflet I hatched Washoe, then checked his stats. What do you know, he's Adamant AND has excellent IVs--particularly the one for Attack! So happy. :D
Also, my whole team just hit level 90 today. 10 levels to go!
I set up the incubator and moved the few remaining close-to-hatch eggs into it so no more chicks or eggs get pecked to death. Only four eggs in the incubator, but I think at least one or two should hatch. We'll see, I guess! Meanwhile, the three hens that were sitting on the eggs are all co-parenting the single chick they hatched.
I have so many broody serama hens right now, it's ridiculous! I think about eight or nine of my sixteen adult seramas (two of which are roosters) are broody right now. I candled the eggs underneath each hen, and I have two black east indies duck eggs in the early stages of development looking good, and several more serama eggs. I guess I'm going to have more chicks coming up in the next month or so.
