My call duck hen, Ahiru, has been selectively broody lately. Meaning she sits on eggs, but seemingly only at night, which is obviously not going to work if she's going to hatch anything. =___= I decided to candle the eggs just to see, and most weren't developing, but one is! This is good news because I thought one of the pair was completely infertile, but it appears they're not infertile after all although most of their eggs don't seem to develop. Anyway, one of my mille fleur d'uccle hens is broody, so I stuck the developing egg under her along with some serama eggs. Here's to hoping it works out! If she abandons nest, I can always fire up the ol' incubator.

Currently studying like crazy for my Japanese final. It should be fairly easy, but it is a lot of material to study and I'm paranoid that I'll forget some random obscure word. I aced my other two finals. After around 5:30-6 PM tonight I'm freeeeeee! I'm so excited. I'm most definitely ready for school to be over so I can gear up for Fanime, watch the rest of Toradora! ~~I almost stayed up past 2:30 AM last night just to keep watching it~~ as well as lots of other anime, do fun things with Honey and Pen-Pen, work on art projects, and so on.
