I'm STILL on the hunt for my stupid camera cord, so no pictures yet (I know, I know), but the duckling is doing better than fine, haha! He's super energetic and a totally normal duckling now, so apparently I didn't hatch him way too early or anything. He's REALLY REALLY cute and is imprinted to me, so he follows me around and comes when I talk to him and he's just...ahfjahfjahghag adorable. He's sitting next to my arm right now and I'm going to feel bad leaving him at home while I'm at class. I seriously pondered bringing him along with me.

Also, I FINALLY--FINALLY--caught myself a surfing Pikachu last night! YESSS. Only eight flying Pikachu later, orz. .____.;

I'm not sure yet--if I give him a name this early, it'll have to be gender neutral because I won't know the gender for quite a while. I'm only saying "he" because I hate using "it" for a living thing, and "he/she" is too complicated. XD

OHEY, PACIFICPIKACHU.

There's a little mommy duck that's made a nest in the base of a tree that is on my way walking to the philosophy building. ♥! She's was sitting on her eggs for the first week I saw her, but I walked past today and I could see little baby duck heads poking out from under her feathers and peeping. ;w; How cute. I knew you'd appreciate that story.

I am so thrilled your duckling story is going well. Ahh...I remember my youth and my little duck ping. we had such adventures in the back yard....

I will figure out some day how to catch those amazing Pikas.I know the key thing is to try to start getting them after you have 10k steps in the system. after that I'm confused.
