I have been bad about posting! Honestly, though, there's very little to post about at the moment. I could go on and on about my excitement for my call ducks arriving (everyone I've talked to the last few days has gotten at least a mention of the ducks!) and the fact that they're currently on an airplane and I will probably have them in the morning, but that's the extent of my life at the moment. Spent most of the weekend hanging out with the chickens and...that's about it.

One of my serama chicks, the light one, is bloody and bruised on one side of its face and I'm not sure why. ;^; I put some Silvadine on it and I'm going to watch the chick carefully. Hopefully no more damage will be done. The chick otherwise seems A-okay, but I can't help but be concerned!

Er. I've been boring lately. .____. I need to do something interesting so I can talk about something other than poultry! While I love obsessing over poultry, it's not exactly the best conversation topic to most people.

I guess I'll just post when the ducks arrive!

I think he'll be all right! It's just upsetting to see an injury when it's on a chick, you know? T___T But it's all dried up now, so it looks like it should start healing up pretty quickly.

I think your posts about your poultry are fun to read. I can tell you know one else on my FL has so many interesting pets. :)

And I hope the chick will be okay.
