The last week has been insane, hence the lack of just about anything!

I've:

- Helped paint my wildlife rehab group's intake center
- Finished 85% of my Umbreon mascot costume in the last twenty-four hours (will finish the rest before the Pokémon gathering Saturday morning)
- Rescued a bat from our neighbor's deck and drove him an hour to meet with our group's bat rehabber. I later found out he didn't survive, but it was an interesting experience anyway
- Done an insanely massive sales post
- Disinfected the entire sun room, which was a crazy process
- The magpie (who doesn't appear to have caught the pox) "self-released" (escaped) one or two days before I would have released him
- Helped move our entire 25' x 15' x 6' chicken run, and now we have to move a massive shed to be the new chicken house. In the meantime, we have to catch all our poultry by hand to put them in an out of the shed at night/in the morning.
- My pet pheasant Julia most escaped, most likely for good. :( I'm going to miss her, but at the same time it's good to know that she's free now.
- Far, far too many other things to even name or remember at this hour!

LEAVING FOR FANIME IN ABOUT...EIGHT HOURS! I still haven't even packed, orz. I'm going to do that before going to sleep for about six or so hours, then I must wake up and get new tires on my car, pick up Makayla, Steven, and Daniell, and head down to Fanime! Definitely very, very excited though at the moment I'm a bit in denial as well as rushed. ^^;

If you'll be at Fanime, too, my cell number is (530) 575-5750. I'm awful at answering it but I'll do my best to call people back! I know I have several of you in my contacts already. This year I won't have all of GAINAX to stalk, so I'll probably have more time for hanging out and fun. I'm going to try to spend time with as many of you as I can, even if it's just for a few minutes!

If you can't find me/I'm not answering my phone or calling you back, I'll be at the Pokémon gathering at 11 AM on Saturday in an Umbreon mascot costume. BLACK AND FLUFFY WITH BIG EARS--I will be reasonably hard to miss, and you're welcome to approach me after that. :D Or if you see me any time during the convention needless to say, haha.

Of course, HIATUS until I get back. I was going to bring my laptop, but the cord is having issues again and won't be fixed before then, so...oh well! It'll probably be better that way, as the stupid computer can be distracting and being distracted from Fanime is just fail.
