Thanks for all of the sweet birthday wishes! I really appreciate it, and I had a great one. :D scorpio_alice, lakilarian, and I went down to Roseville and went to a few places, came back and had dinner and ice cream cake at my house, and then went and spent the night at scorpio_alice's house and laughed at YouTube videos for hours.

I've been such a bad internet friend as of lately. For whatever reason, I've been kind of avoiding being online for long and trying not to turn the computer on at all when I don't have anything pressing to do on it. This is good because it means I'm doing more non-computer activities and getting a bit more exercise (took Hana on a long walk the other day, which was fun), but it's bad because it means I've hardly replied to anything. I DO care and I DO read everything still, but it's a matter of just not getting to commenting yet, so please don't be offended if I haven't replied to something. ^^; I think I do need to cut down on my f-list but I also don't know who I would cut... Maybe I'll just do one of those comment to stay type things although quite a few of you have autoimmunity so to speak, haha. :) (If you're a long time online friend, if I know you/have met you IRL, if I added you recently, and basically pkmncollectors members in general. As well as others.)

Dropped Chemistry, feeling quite a bit better now that I have, just relaxing for now and trying to get enough sleep, spending time with pets, and so on. I want to do some art and writing and watching of things but for some reason I haven't had time to do much even though I'm not doing much anymore.

This weekend is going to be busy! I have my wildlife rehab class on Saturday, but Saturday is also when we're going to see some potential dog adoptees in Davis so I'm going to leave about halfway through the rehab class. I really don't want to miss out, but oh well--it's our introductory class, anyway, so chances are I won't be missing any vital information if I skip a few hours. And we have several more advanced classes coming up as well, so really it isn't a big deal though I'm always a little sad to miss out on anything rehab-related, bawww.

These three are all young and have had fairly hard lives. They were born on a ranch with an owner who was elderly and could hardly walk, so while the dogs were fed and whatnot they weren't properly socialized or...much of anything, really. All three are a little skittish as a result, but they're young and my family has quite a bit of experience working with dogs who haven't had the easiest lives so we make good candidates for adopting them. We've been approved to adopt, so if one of them is right for us we have priority to pick one out. :)

Which one we choose, if any of the three, mostly depends on how well they get along with Hana, as well as checking their temperaments with us and getting more information on them. I'm not going to hurry into adopting a dog that's not right for us, but if one is...well, they're certainly adorable! They're border collie/miniature australian shepherd mixes and only weigh about twenty-five pounds. (Hana is tiny for a border collie, and she's about thirty-two pounds.)

We'll see how that goes on Saturday. :D I haven't heard back from the Reno rescue yet for some reason, which is a shame because they have some gorgeous border collies. Oh well--things will properly fall into place and we'll end up with exactly the dog we're supposed to end up with. I'm thinking once we do adopt a dog I'll take the new dog and Hana to obedience and maybe agility as well because border collies love that kind of thing and it would be lots of fun for me as well.

Hmmm, back to trying to beat Primal Dialga in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time! Man, he's hard. :( And when I lose, I have to go all the way through the dungeon before again so it's kind of a pain.

Ooh, Primal Dialga! I don't remember how much trouble I had with him, but I don't think he was so bad. Stat-changing moves don't hurt anything. Tail Whip, Growl, Double Team...If you've got it, flaunt it. Besides that, all that's needed is decent items and maybe a little luck.

...Annnd leave it to me to focus on the least important part of your post. Ah, well. Good luck with everything. ^^

since everyone else is doing it, I put my vote on sammy as well :p

and I suppose it's refreshing to live off the net for awhile (less online/computer time). internet is a strange thing. it gave me a world of possibilities and actually leaves me little time for me to fulfill those possibilities. Glad you had a great time on your birthday!
