pacificpikachuLOOONG DAY. I was up at 6 AM, and my first reaction when the alarm clock went off was "WHY IS THE ALARM CLOCK RINGING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?" T__T
I didn't get home until after 7 PM, either. :O
Having to crawl out of my warm bed aside, the day went well, though. I carpooled with KK, Ari, and a girl named Elaine who seems really nice, and we had a fun time being chatty. I like all my teachers, I got into the Calculus class I needed to add, Ari and I had a great conversation on politics, war, literature, the Holocaust, and other weighty things, and I get to sleep in somewhat tomorrow. :D I think this semester is going to rock.
I mean, for an Animal Science lab later in the semester, we get to WEIGH CHICKENS. I AM SURE I'M THE ONLY ONE EXCITED ABOUT THIS, BUT CHICKENS ARE MY LOVE AND I GET TO WEIGH THEM REPEATEDLY. WEIGHING CHICKENS > EVERYTHING. You can't deny this, f-list.
I'm not normally much of a big 4chan person at allaside from occasionally getting anime wallpapers and obscure fanart there, and knowing a lot of the in-jokes, but I can't believe all the drama over Kamina vs. A. Niger. LOL, SaiGAR. So much crazy. For the record, I have been voting every day. XD
Um, Elaine offered me her lovebird, who she claims is too loud for her but sweet. I asked Mom and she semi-okayed getting said lovebird, so... I might have a lovebird soon? I have to talk to Elaine about it, and see just how loud the bird is, but we'll see how it goes. I love how I end up with all these animals. Mom always says we can't have any more pets, but then something comes along and, well...we can offer them a good home where they'll be well-cared for, so why not?
Hmm, I guess that's all for now. I should be getting to bed.
Edit: I fail. I've had my Haruhi shirt on for well over an hour and I just now realized it's on inside-out. XD

Date: 2008-01-15 08:18 pm (UTC)/a/'s mods posted a sticky encouraging people to vote for A. Niger (a microbe from Moyashimon) over the oh-so-famously-GAR Kamina (from Gurren Lagann), who most people believe should win SaiGAR. So far the sticky has gotten over 1000 posts. O_o;
