pacificpikachuQUAIL PARTY AT MY HOUSE!
No, seriously. I just got twelve of them, making my current total fourteen quail. They're adorable! ♥ I also have the crow, two scrub jays, and a stellar's jay, and I'm getting another scrub jay and another stellar's jay tomorrow. @_@; That'll be...twenty birds. New record, hahaha.
I also got a juvenile robin in today, but it died literally within five minutes of me receiving it. :( It was the skinniest bird I have ever touched, and one of its legs was completely non-functioning. Its eyes were dilated, too, and when I saw that I knew it didn't have much time left at all. I just held it in my hand to keep it warm while it passed away. Sometimes that's all you can do.
In Pokémon-related news (which nobody cares about, but that's okay XD), I got a shiny Larvitar, and I'm getting a shiny Absol [Adamant with Super Luck] and a shiny Dratini with good IVs quite soon. I'm going to have an amazingly awesome shiny team. It'll be epic.
