I had so much trouble getting to sleep last night because my brain was on "High-Adrenaline Fangirl Mode," which, for anyone who is not a fangirl and has never been in such a mode, is not only detrimental towards sleep, but also towards brain function in general. It's rather like being high on bishounen, which is something I think only fellow fangirls can sympathize with.

I did fall asleep eventually, however.

Today would have been a relatively normal school day except that Statistics class was cancelled, and thus I got to talk to friends for a nice, long time. We discussed so much--the usual anime, conventions, and cosplay, but also crack!dreams we've had, Shannon's party, and other stuff. :D It was great fun and totally made my day. Once everyone else left for class, Rachel and I were having fun messing with her homework. She had an assignment for a career assessment class where she had to think up eight jobs and check off things on a list about what types of qualifications and skills those jobs required. Well, most of them were pretty normal jobs (though 'zookeeper' and 'cartoonist' were maybe slightly abnormal), but as the last one we decided to put 'hitman'. XD;; We had lots of fun laughing over that.

As usual, Hotchkiss did a lot of rambling today. He was rambling in such grand Hotchkiss fashion that we didn't get out of class until ten minutes after it ended. ._.; He seemed to want to keep talking even then, too.

After school, I basically just went home with Mom, where I watched pointless things on TV while I grabbed a snack, and then caused chaos in the chicken coop by capturing every single bird (fourteen chickens, two ducks, and two pheasants) in the coop and sticking them in the chicken house. This was necessary because Mom had to go to work earlier than usual, so they all needed to be closed into the chicken house earlier than they normally go to bed. It was fun scrambling after them. XD;

I met up with Dad at the hospital when Mom went to work, and from there Dad and I went to Staples. Dad bought himself a new chair (which means I've now inherited the fancy "old" (less then a year old) one--a comfy, big chair), and he also bought me an S-Video cable and a stereo cable. So, in other words, I can now watch fansubbed anime and AMVs, DVD-quality on the TV, without having to burn anything at all. It's pretty awesome.

We had one heck of time trying unsuccessfully to figure out to hook this S-Video cord up and set it up so it actually worked, but thankfully Dave swung by our house and helped us out. So, now it works! Hooray.

I have a Chemistry test tomorrow, so theoretically I should be studying, however I know my material darn well so there's not much of a need.

I guess that's all for now. I had more to say (I think?) but then I zoned out and now I don't feel like writing more.
