Zoe divorced me today! (WAAAH!)
Dec. 8th, 2005 04:57 pmYesterday night was a big cheer-up. Right after I wrote my little sad entry, Nicole showed up at my house, which made me really happy. :D I showed her the lizard video, which amuses me way too much for it to be healthy. (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-123322263707848424&q=morning+musume) I don't know why. Then we just sat there on the couch and were bored and repeatedly called Cody and KK. Well, just as we were calling them again, they showed up, too, so we watched the lizard video again. XD Then KK insisted on watching the Egg Song (www.iloveegg.com), which scares me, personally. @_@ It makes my heart, brain, and soul rot. Then, Nicole showed us these really, *really* awesome flash videos with incredible animation at www.biteycastle.com. *_*
After that, we took a walk downtown, where Victorian Christmas was going on. The choir sang in this pretty church downtown for about an hour (Nicole and I, naturally, just watched and offered moral support), and then about twelve of them (including KK and Cody, and Nicole and I tagging along) split off and caroled on a streetcorner. They got a pretty big audience fast, and by the end of less than an hour, they had made $73. It rained a little, which was quite nice, really.
At about 9 PM, we all headed back to my house, where Cody's car was parked, said our goodbyes for the night, and Mom picked me up not too long after that. She insisted we go to Raley's to go grocery shopping, which made it so there was no way I could take a shower. And I had to start my letter for English immediately, seeing as it was already past my bedtime. -_-; So, I got into bed a little past 10:30 PM, but I didn't fall asleep until past 11:30 PM. It's been kind of hard for me to fall asleep as of late because I have so many things buzzing around in my mind. Well, that and the cats were having conflicts. They wanted to be fed, they were mad because the other was in my room, they wanted to go out...
I had some sort of a dream about buying a HUGE house with all this weird stuff on the property. Like a gym and a giant chessboard (with no chess pieces) and...weird stuff. Ryan invited my whole PE class over to play something that was a mix between basketball and volleyball. Then there was something about Cody, and then another thing about random cosplay and maybe a race, too, but I don't remember much else any more.
I woke up and was very tired. -_-; Woke Mom up eventually, was slightly mad at her because she insisted on making coffee when I was convinced we were going to be "late". Of course, my definition of "late" is actually early (seeing as I like to be there no later than 7:20 AM, and classes start at 7:35 AM). I sat in the car and listened to the Sousei no Aquarion OST and fumed even with the pretty music on in the background.
Anyway, I did indeed get to see my friends, so I wasn't "late" by my standards. ^^;; So...moot point?
In First Period, I again listened to the Freshmen having their disgusting sexual conversations and lost my faith in humanity. >< I'm okay with goofy innuendo or jokingly talking about sex--or just talking about it in a mature manner, but their discussions are none of the above. It disgusts me. I generally just sit there with my headphones on and ignore them, but sometimes they're so loud you can't help but hear them. Oh well. Jasmine and I had a big anti-baby pro-chicken conversation, and apparently I have a knack for making Jasmine laugh because she was in hysterics over my reasons for being afraid of babies. Ben and Rachel and Emily just looked at me weirdly, as they normally do.
I almost fell asleep in Econ. x.x Mr. Bothun keeps getting off on tangents over random investment-related things, and he just stood up there and talked for the entire period. It was so hard to keep awake. I was feeling remarkably depressive, too (I think it was from the lack of sleep), so I wasn't exactly in the mood to listen to him patiently. -_-;
PE was actually okay, even though we had to run ten laps again. I actually think that might've gotten rid of a little of my stress. We won our first game, and the second game went into major overtime because we kept tying with the other team. I was actually (sort of) playing for once! :O We lost by one measly point, but it was a great game and both teams were playing their best, so it wasn't too bad.
Lunch was a big cheer-up. We ended up with about eight people standing in a circle telling jokes and laughing and talking. Cody kept hugging me, which made me happy, and I got to be with a ton of my friends. The jokes were pretty funny, too. XD We had lots of fun.
After that, Art was one of the funniest class periods I've ever had. Zoe called for a divorce because apparently I was being a cruel!abusive!seme and beating her with a spatula. So she kept trying to make "official" divorce papers and getting me to sign them, but I kept refusing to sign and eating the pieces of paper, causing outbursts of laughter. For the most part, we were acting totally serious about the whole thing (it was almost exactly like a soap opera XD) but occasionally we couldn't help but dissolve into laughter for long periods of time. Makayla became Zoe's lawyer, and Kathryn was her lover and they were going to move to Iowa and get married. I was "being controlling", though, and threatening to stalk Zoe if she tried to divorce me, so she had to get a restraining order. This whole exchange cannot be described fully in its subtleties and brilliances. It was SO FUNNY. I wish we could have videotaped it or something--it can't be recreated. This lasted the entire period, too, from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. OMFG, I love my friends. XD
By the way, Zoe did indeed divorce me by convincing her lawyer that I had signed when I drew a line near where the signature was supposed to be and Zoe used that to write my name for me. Then she confiscated that and the restraining order so I couldn't eat and/or deface them.
Zoe, I shall miss thee. Luckily, I have about sixty other husbands and wives, so she won't be missed too much. XD
I don't think much happened in English, as per usual. @_@ We just talked more about Heart of Darkness, which we are luckily almost done with. I really like the themes, and the descriptions are really nice, and I think the plot is fascinating, but it's so darn hard to read that it's almost not worth it.
In Anatomy, I read more Heart of Darkness and the newspaper and freely distributed hugs and was generally happy.
Didn't do much else today. I'm quite happy at the moment. I should go work on all the things I'm supposed to be working on, like artwork and such. ^^
