Just watch me forget about looking up anime character birthdays for virtually every other month, and only have periodic rashes of character birthday celebrations.

Anyway, I just got off the phone from an hour-long conversation with Hitchi. ^_^ Great fun! It was really nice to get to talk to her again. I hope I didn't talk too much, Hitchi-chan! I'm such a blabbermouth. XD It was an excellent conversation, though. Yay!

What happened today that's worth talking about?

First period, after making a rather pathetic attempt at sweeping the room while all the Freshmen were in it, I started watching Naruto 132-133 on my DVD player. I was "testing" my DVD player. Y'know, just to make sure it worked. (XD) So, I ended up watching most of those two episodes, and after Ben started showing some interest, suddenly I had a mob of Freshmen watching it with me. They all agreed that it was "badass" and "totally awesome". I tried summarizing bits of the plot to them to answer their questions about what was going on, but they turned out sounding really cheesy.

Me: "Well, they're actually best friends."
Freshmen: "Then why are they beating each other up?"
Me: "Ummm... The 'blue one', Sasuke, has this curse thing...uh, don't ask...and he's trying to run off with the bad guy for power so he can kill his older brother, who killed his whole family, and... Um, yeah."
Freshmen: "Where's his older brother?"
Me: *Facepalm* "He's not in this episode. He's freaky, though."
Freshmen: "WHOA--what's that orange stuff coming out of him?!"
Me: "He's got a fox demon sealed in him, which...is a long story." @_@
One Freshmen, to the other freshmen: "Just shut up and watch already!"

In Econ, we were supposed to have a test, but we didn't. People came and talked to us about scholarships. Woo. I read Anbus for the rest of the period. I somehow ended up physically in the middle of a conversation between two random guys in the class while I was reading the Anbu (as in, they were on the computers to either side of me, and talking around me), and I was trying my absolute hardest not to crack up over the hysterical Anbu while they were talking to each other. Because it would've looked stupid. I was failing miserably, though, and I couldn't help but make some stifled giggle-sounds and smile. XD They kept looking at me weirdly.

PE... My life was saved! We had a sub! *Weeps of happiness* So, no running laps, no push ups, no crunches, no jumping jacks. Just softball, which is bad enough by itself. I managed to avoid having to go up to hit the ball again. My team and the other team basically just insulted each other and tried to distract each other. Tim (AKA Kakashi-mask guy) and I were trying to think of what would be the best diversion in a softball game. Here's what we came up with:

Find a random man who looks like Jesus. Give him a crown of thorns. Hide him in the bushes. During the game, at a particularly intense moment, suddenly cry "IT'S JESUS! AND HE'S STREAKING!" and point and gesture wildly as random Jesus-lookalike man streaks across the field with nothing but his crown of thorns.

Personally, I think it'd be hilarious. XD But I'm weird.

Lunch...was basically a bunch of squealing, laughter, and recommendations regarding AMV Hell 3. Our group of friends was abuzz over it. Because it's hilarious. And anyone who can pull off an AMV that's more than an hour long, and make it darn funny and brilliant deserves an award.

Art period, I got off track and started inking SasuNaru drawings. We're supposed to be doing something that represents "Old Hollywood" because of the stupid school dance, but I don't like that theme, so I'm stalling for time while I think of a way to get out of it/get off easy. XD Zoe snuck up to the CD player and stuck that utterly ridiculous AMV music CD in it. I was a bit nervous that it would get turned off, but, surprisingly, everyone loved it! It even got turned up! 'Twas brilliant, and we only went and claimed it when we ran out of songs to play. :DDD

English...we read Oedipus. That's all.

Went to Anatomy with Cody, KK, and Selah, and that was mainly uneventful. We watched a lovely, badly animated, boring movie on diffusion and cuddled. Because that's how my friends and I are. KK and Cody squabbled over pens and such as usual. And we read the police blotter. Nothing too remarkably funny, but a few minorly interesting ones. Not good enough to log.

Anime Club went well. Showed the Loveless opening theme in celebration of Soubi's birthday. Voted on what to watch-- AMV Hell 3 won by overwhelming majority. Everyone was very amused by it, which is awesome. We're holding our first Anime Club picnic/potluck on Friday after school in the amphitheater. I have to remember this and make some posters. :D What shall I bring? I'd like to make it somehow anime-related.

Dad picked me up in the rental van, because his car is being fixed. Dad has concluded that he hates that white minivan because it's too (and I quote) "girly". Thus, we stopped at the car rental place on the way home and Dad wanted to trade it in for a different rental vehicle, but they're out of other cars. XD So Dad's stuck with the "girly" car. I am amused. So was the guy at the car rental place.

...That was my day. Pretty good. :D
