*Guilty*

I feel guilty now because I didn't write yesterday. I have a good excuse, though. I slept almost all day after I got home from school.

I'm too lazy to go on about yesterday, so I'll just mention the highlights.

I was SO excited because my friend Alyssa showed up in a perfect Haruko costume she threw together. Nicole and I both glomped her out of excitement, and she did such a good job, we didn't even notice it was Alyssa until after we glomped her. ^^;; Now I really wish I had brought my camera to school. Her costume was seriously one of the best Harukos I've seen, and trust me, I've seen a lot of them.

Friday was a lazy day at school. I took an Anatomy test, almost fell asleep in History, wrote about half of the dialogue in Creative Writing (it ended up being a Russian woman [Rae] in a train station being bothered by an annoying, bratty kid [me]), the usual in Trig, and ate a whole bunch of food and read Halloween poetry in English.

Greg was freaking out at lunch because he just now figured out I'm a Junior. That means he's spent all of the time we've been in school thinking I was a Freshman. Oh joy. ._.;;

Anyway, yesterday I got home, watched sitcoms out of boredom, and ended up falling asleep until about 7 PM. I was apparently quite tired.

When I woke up, I discovered that the anime Gungrave was going to be on TechTV, so I waited around for a while for that to come on. It was awesome seeing it, because I met almost all of the people who worked on it at Anime Expo. It was pretty good--it took a little while for things to get moving, but once they did I was intrigued. While it didn't have enough energy or charisma for me to go out and buy it or anything, it was a good show and I'll definitely watch it again if I get the chance. It's very solemn and violent, which is the type of show I tend to like, actually. ^^;;

Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to watch RahXephon yet. I did watch the first two episodes the night I got them (and I absolutely LOVED them), but the show is so darn confusing that I'm going to have to watch each of the episodes several times before I can make all that much sense of them. I don't think it helps that I've seen the movie--that just makes me more confused. I like all this confusion, though. If you ask me, a show that you have to figure out is the best type of show, period. And RahXephon is artistically top-notch (and I mean overall, not just animation), so I know it's going to be one heck of a ride. I'm happy to have gotten involved in watching this wonderful show.

I also watched the new Pokémon episodes this morning. Maxxed Out was...meh. It didn't excite me all that much. It was too generic for my tastes, and it was overall pretty dull. Surskit was cute, though, and I've decided I love May's Skitty.

Pro and Con Artists, on the other hand, was quite enjoyable. ^_^ I was happy to see Drew again, seeing as I've become fond of him as a character for no apparent reason, and I liked seeing the interactions between him and Ash. I was hoping Ash would win, though. ._.; Grace was terrifying, but I liked Meditite. The whole Ice Punch/Psychic combo in front of the moon was awesome, but I might just be saying that because it was shiny. *_* James crossdressing and Wobbuffet in a trenchcoat were big pluses to the episode. I never thought I would like a May-centric episode so much. Eep, I wish I could remember all the other stuff I wanted to comment on about this episode...

The Wolf's Rain Limited Edition manga box is coming out soon, so I've got $15 saved away for it. It'll be nice actually having the manga in English, seeing as I've had it in Japanese for quite a while now. And you bet I'm keeping up with having all the Wolf's Rain merchandise. I think I'm one of the few people who has all the merchandise ever released, with the only exception being the impossible-to-find T-shirt.

Well, I'm going to go. We're off to K-Mart. (How exciting! [/sarcasm])

What does it look like? Or is there only one design? I can look for it at Ohaycon in a couple months...

Yes, there's only one, and it's a Japanese import. So far I haven't had any luck at all finding it online or at anime conventions or anywhere else. ._.;; Let me find a picture...

Oh, and Hitchi, I have a convention coming up November 14th, if you want me to look for anything for you! You know I'd be happy to. ^_^

I didn't find it, so much as a friend who was in Japan bought it for me and brought it back with her. I have almost all the merchandise too, now I'm missing the convention hat, the large poster, the newest artbook and the 2nd soundtrack. Everything else I've got. ;D

Awww. ;-; *Wishes she had more connections in Japan who would be willing to shop for her* Although...I suppose I could ask Archaic. *Considers*

I have an extra of the large poster, if you wanted to pay shipping for it. It's in fairly good condition. My other one is framed. I'm so happy I went to Anime Expo--that's where I got the hat. I pestered the guy working at the Bandai booth until he just gave it to me.

The newest artbook is so pretty... I suggest you get it. And I simply cannot believe you don't have OST 2! It's my favorite CD...ever. Seriously.

*would be more than willing to pay shipping* XD

The artbook is my goal for the con I'm hitting at the end of the month. As for the 2nd OST, it's my fav too, but I can't justify the $30+ for it... I'm waiting for the American release. ¬_¬x (This first OST is the only non-bootleg anime OST I have, excluding the American releases.)

Okay, I'll contact you about sending the poster/payment, etc. once I get some time. I've been pretty busy lately, but I'd be happy to send it to you. ^_^

I had 50+ non-bootleg imported anime CDs...that all got stolen in September. ;_; I have to buy them all back once Christmas and my birthday roll around. $1500 to replace. Yeah, it sucks.

Eep! Better go! Cody's picking me up so we can go watch Gravitation at Nicole's house.
