Oct. 16th, 2010 02:15 amBecause my ankles still hurt (I can limp around but it's not very comfortable), I've been basically spending all my time online. As a result, things seem all warped and unreal! Actually, it might be because I was up until 6 AM last night, too, heh... Weird sleeping patterns are always a sure way to jar me out of reality and into the Kristin Brain Twilight Zone, which is a bizarre place indeed. My brain is weird to begin with, add in a loss of my sense of reality (very easy to do) and you've got the makings of insanity. I've always felt like I was only about ten steps away from falling off the sanity ledge as it is, in all seriousness. I feel like there's something that creeps up on me sometimes, my mind beginning to unravel. Just the very, bitter, warped edges of real insanity. Not a pretty thing, not the sort of insanity internet culture jokes about. I intend to keep my sanity to the best of my ability. Slight insanity, though, where I'm still far enough from the edge that there's little threat? Harmless, just funky.
I have so little going on, it's awful! I need to do something more constructive with my time but I don't feel like it. :P
My bantam sumatra pair turned out to be two roosters, bawww! They're both crowing. Ahh, oh well, they're pretty. I might just keep them both even though I shouldn't because I have so many roosters as it is. .____. I have two roosters I'm trying to rehome and not having much success so far. The baby guinea fowl are looking for homes, too. They're so funny, they're only a little over a week old and they're already showing their guinea fowl nature--hopping around, making weird noises, growing at a surprising rate, freaking out when I come in the room, and repeatedly, annoyingly knocking over the water.
AHHHH I GOT PUMPKIN FUDGE FROM
ritzyfoxx TODAY AND IT WAS SO DELICIOUS *A*
Anyway, off to bed with me. Better get back on my usual schedule, which is pretty abnormal to begin with, but at least it's more normal than staying up until 6 AM!
