Sorry I didn't write yesterday. I wanted to, but I was so busy I didn't get the chance. Same almost went for today, but seeing as I napped I'm letting myself stay up late enough to type this.

Let's see...yesterday was an awesome Friday the 13th. I don't think one bad thing happened. O_o Not that bad things normally happen on Friday the 13th in my experience, but it's still cool. XD

First period, Rae and I played Hangman the whole time again. We had another sub, who Rae thought was creepy. I didn't find him creepy, though. o_o; Several of the words we used for Hangman were rather interesting. We kept doing whole sentences. XD

Second period...more depressing Schindler's List. We're almost at the end, though, and it's starting to look a lot more hopeful. Seeing Auschwitz was intense, though. I had a dream the other night that I was in a city and the ashes from the incinerators started falling from the sky, just like in the movie. It was freaky.

We watched an odd movie in Anatomy about taste and smell. It was disgusting, quite simply. They had a camera in someone's mouth and were showing people chewing in great detail, and then they were showing us the glamourous job of being a deodorant tester. Can you imagine sniffing people's armpits for a living? o_o;

During the TA period, Cody kept coming and visiting me to talk about the new costume he decided he's going to do. I think the character is Lloyd from Tales of Symphonia, if I'm remembering correctly. It looks like it'll be a fun costume. :D After he left for choir, Rory was creating some sort of a contraption out of a paper-towel roll, a bunch of rubber bands, and spoons. He claimed he was going to hunt wild sheep with it. XD;; I wish him good luck in his hunts, as there are no wild sheep in these parts (and even if there were, his weapon is rather dubious). @_@

I spent lunch in the middle room, and the girl who plays FF music all the time was attempting to play Gravity on the piano. It wasn't working, though, as I didn't recognize it until I saw the sheet music and it said so. ^^;; I had a sneaking suspicion, but it was hard to hear over everyone chattering and it sounded kind of butchered for some reason. I'll have to ask her to play it for me some other time. ^^;; One of the random guys from the Anime Club was dancing around with a black umbrella indoors, just daring the bad luck to get him.

Speaking of bad luck, Nicole and I kept thinking people were talking about Bad Luck from Gravitation. XD We're so hopeless.

Sixth period... I sat there and pretended to be doing my work. We had a sub again.

In seventh period, we started off correcting our Ender's Game tests, but about halfway through the period Mr. Cartan randomly told us to go to the Don Bagget theater. Turns out that a few of the guys in the class were throwing a concert for the class! O_O They had an acoustic guitar, eletric guitar, grand piano, drum set, and expensive amps and mics and everything set up. They did such an awesome job, too. I'm not even joking when I say they sounded like complete and total professionals. They did Elvis songs and such. It was really awesome we got to see that. It was also apparently the first time they had played all together. O_O

When that was over, it was the end of the school day, and so I went to hang out in the choir room. There I discovered that Brian and a few of the other former choir students were doing a random quartet concert thing, and it was quite entertaining. A bunch of people gathered around and were sitting a watching. It was great fun.

After that, Mom picked Nicole up and brought her to her bank so Nicole could pay her part in the Fanime hotel room funds (speaking of which, I still need to talk to Cody and Selah about that... I keep forgetting ><). She dropped Nicole off at her house while I was at Dad's packing/trying to rename all the Naruto fanart I saved (and failing), and then picked me up again.

Basically, after that, we spent a lot of time taking Ryan to his guitar lesson and meeting Tanner's mom in Alta Sierra because Ryan went with Tanner to Six Flags today. After that I called Nicole again to see if she was free yet. She was, so we picked her up. While we were at her house, we called Cody and told him he should come over, too.

Once Cody showed up at my house, the three of us...uh...sat around and played with Photoshop for a long time. Cody was goofing around with a picture of Sato-chan and Pikachu I drew, and also with photos of my cat. XD I should post them--they're hilarious. They're all rainbowy and insane and Princess has shoujo stars around her and grass growing out of her head. XD And Pikachu is rainbow. I'll post them tomorrow or something if I can remember to/if I'm not too busy.

At around 10:30 PM, we started watching Naruto the Movie, but Cody had to leave about halfway through and Nicole was falling asleep, so we [reluctantly] decided to stop it about fifty minutes in.

Once we turned it off, Nicole and I philosophized until about 2:30 AM. It was really nice because it was probably the deepest conversation I've had in months, if not more than that. o_o We talked about everything. Mew, sometimes I wish we had transcripts of these types of conversations or something...they're so deep. We talked about human nature, time, innocence and the loss of it, individualism vs. society, flaws within ourselves, how we are different and the same, etc. It was a great, intellectual conversation. At 2:30 AM, we finally felt sort of talked-out, so we went to bed.

We woke up at almost 10 AM and had to leave almost right away to go to the Farmer's Market to try to find a home for Tia. This was not overly exciting, though I got to see an adorable chow puppy (so tiny!) and Nicole was playing her violin most of the time. Still no one who wants poor Tia. Mom has been really upset lately that we have to find a home for her. ;_;

We drove Nicole home once that was over, and Mom and I went home. I've spent the rest of the day showering, doing tons of homework, taking a three-hour nap, watching Nausicaa (which was very good, by the way), and having Mom yell at me to do chores. ;_;

I feel sort of...bleh...now. I hate taking naps because I just feel like sleeping forever once I start sleeping. >
