pacificpikachuGood news: Special-ordered Densuke plush today! ♥ And for much cheaper than he's going for on Ebay, too. He's totally coming with me to Fanime to go with my Densuke costume.
Bad news: I was keeping my eye on this life-sized Mew plush on Ebay, and I decided I'd splurge and buy it for myself as an early birthday present, because I really want it a lot. I was willing to spend...a lot more for it than a normal nearly-twenty-year-old person should be spending on a plush, but it just went over $100 and...I can't justify spending that much on it. ;__; Now I'm looking at it on Yahoo! Japan, but I'm a little worried that with fees, internal shipping, and shipping to the US it'll still be too much for my budget.

Today was kind of busy. I got up at 9:30 AM and took a bus into Grass Valley so I could mail some packages from my recent sales post at![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
pkmncollectors. Well, I only had about twenty minutes to get to the post office and back to the bus stop, so I ran there and back and only barely made it. It was sort of thrilling in a dumb way. XD
Then I went to Brunswick so I could go to the back and verify my account for Paypal. This was actually done in planning for that Mew plushie mentioned above, but it'll be helpful for a number of other things, too.
Well, mom was supposed to pick me up in Brunswick basin at around noon, but...well. She's my mom. She's always late, especially when her horse is involved in the equation, which he almost always is. So she picked me up at 1:15 PM when my class starts at 2:15 and is an hour away. Thankfully, we did make it on time, but just barely.
While I was at Brunswick, I loitered in pet stores and Ben Franklin, and then got a burrito. \o/
In Zoology today, we looked at starfish, sand dollars, and sea anemones, and watched Planet Earth. That's about it.
Ah, I want to go off on so many awesome tangents, but alas--I must go to bed now, as I have to be up at 6 AM tomorrow. :(
