I'm feeling lethargic, listless, slightly depressed, and to top it all off, LiveJournal just deleted my whole post I tried to make due to the whole Read-Only thing. -_-
Quick recap of my day:
Shounen-ai likes Cody.
In one of the books he's reading for English, he told us it becomes apparent within the first ten pages that there are boy/boy relationship(s?) involved. ^^;; Nicole and I started cheering when he told us this.
At least he's a good person for shounen-ai to like. XD
In Creative Writing, I reluctantly read Sun Also Rises and felt rather indifferent about everything. I discovered by way of my Kenshin t-shirt that Yurina likes Rurouni Kenshin, though.
US History...the class debated about whether discrimination against women in the US is still a major problem. I still felt indifferent and pretty much ignored the entire discussion in favor of...sitting there and doing nothing.
Anatomy...digestive system notes. Not too interesting.
TA Period...ummm...was normal and boring. I saw Alisa while I was in there, though, and she was dressed, just by chance, almost exactly like Anko from Naruto (!!!). This caused a genki outburst from me, and slight confusion from Alisa. Anko is awesome. ^.^
Lunch was laid-back and nice. Nicole retreated into the choir office because she had Spanish homework (and the middle room was too loud and chaotic). Cody and I followed, and we spent the whole lunch talking about our dreams. Cody's dreams in particular. It was nice even being able to sit around aimlessly with them for about a half-hour.
Nicole, however, was lagging behind in going to class after lunch because she was putting away her homework, so the time was getting closer and closer to class starting until there were about three minutes to get to class (and G-wing is all the way across the school). I was forced to abandon her when she still had to go to her locker.
On the way down to math, Makayla joined me, with her headphones blasting Evolution (the Ayumi Hamasaki song, if you didn't know). Just as we were getting to the edge of J-wing, the one-minute warning bell sounded, so we started to sprint towards my class. The funny thing was, Evolution completely and totally fit our situation, so it was EXACTLY like having background music. It was hilarious, so Makayla and I started cracking up with the appropriate-ness of the song, which caused a lot of people we were passing to look at us weirdly.
In Trig, we had a quiz that I doubtlessly failed. Oh well. At least I don't have Trig homework tonight as a result. XD
English was dull. We discussed the upcoming Gatsby Party and Sun Also Rises (which I am still not enjoying 100+ pages into it).
After school I lingered in the middle room for a while. Poor John got glittered again pretty badly, this time with green glitter. We don't know who did it this time.
After I got home from school, I did boring things and then watched two episodes of Naruto.
And now I'm slightly depressed.
Two reasons here:
1. Nicole borrowed the next disk of Naruto and it ended on a cliffhanger. ;_;
2. Naruto was officially licensed by VIZ as of today.
I'm not sure why the Naruto-licensing thing has gotten me down so much, but it has. ;_; It doesn't really affect anything--I don't think the fansubbers will stop, I have up to episode 119 on DVDs anyway, and I'm not planning on buying it licensed (much too expensive because it's so long and my fake DVDs are good quality), so I don't know why I'm so darn depressed. I guess I'm just a little moody right now. I didn't want it to get licensed.
Wahhhhhhhhh. I'm feeling minorly frustrated.
I kind of want to go to sleep, but I don't at the same time. >.<
Okay, I'm done rambling. I want to go find something to do that'll cheer me up. I hope Nicole gives me Naruto episodes 71-80 back soon. I wanna watch iiiitttt....
