Spring Break! WOO!

The songbird rehab class is tomorrow, so I've been scrambling around collecting supplies and collaborating with Jacqui over the phone on writing a script of what to say and editing it and discussing what we're going to do and such. I am definitely looking forward to the class, but I hope I can do this right!
Ew, I have a dead flicker currently thawing in my fridge. He didn't die in vain--now he will be used as a practice target for subcutaneous rehydration. Not that that was the desired end to his plight, but...well, given his circumstances, that's the best we can do.
We had a pretty gross lab today in Biology, but it was thankfully short. It involved Dr. Waddell blending up a calf thymus so we could extract DNA from it and such. Most of the lab wasn't too bad, but for some reason the blending of the thymus was just...ewww.
I took some adorable pictures of Hana and the chicks tonight, so I'll need to post those when I get a chance. :D
Darn it, I still have the rain and that weird dream to talk about.
I'd better go. I need to take a shower, wash some clothes, and go to bed so I get a decent amount of sleep for the class tomorrow.
