May. 1st, 2011 07:26 pmI just packaged up my laptop, and I'm sending it out for repairs tomorrow! ;0; Luckily, it's just going down to the bay area, so it should be there by tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest. Here's to hoping they repair it and send it back quickly. If it takes more than two weeks it's going to make it very rough on me to do the necessary sales post before Fanime. At least it's finally being fixed. Assuming all goes well, it's going to be a beautiful day when it comes back home working.
A serama chick hatched last night unexpectedly in the incubator. It's so cuuute, it and the duckling are making friends. And my second black east indies duck egg is working on hatching, too, so I will have two BEI ducklings! Yay! A much bigger success than my attempts to breed my call ducks. It feels like I have baby poultry everywhere, but that's not true--I only have four chicks and almost two ducklings total now. It's just that they're kinda spread all over the place, ha. (One chick with his three moms in the garage, two with Aztec in the garage, and one plus the duckling in my room.)
