(no subject)

Busy weekend is kinda busy!

First off, I has kittens, and they are adorable and sweet and like to climb on me, bite my nose, snuggle, run around and play, sit on top of mom's old computer, and do other cute kitten-y things. :D

Now, this weekend is Sac-Anime, which I was previously planning on attending for at least one day, but now...hmmm, I can't decide if I want to go. ;; Just with the kittens here and the fact that the dog show is this weekend and I don't really have money, it makes it a little questionable. It's tempting but I just feel like maybe I should just hang in there until Y-con, which will be amazing as always. I feel bad because I think I might be missing out on a lot of fun--after all, the location is different and it looks like a decent schedule, but I didn't plan ahead very well. I only just realized it was this weekend on Thursday. .____. I guess I'll leave it open and maybe head down there in the afternoon depending on what happens. I dunnoooo I can't decide!

The dog show is also going on, and it tends to be a lot of fun as well. It's free admission, there are dog supply vendors, and it's just fun to go look at the doggies! The only :/ thing is that the corgis and the border collies, which are the primary dogs I'm interested in, are at 9:00 am and 9:30 am respectively and that is really early for me. (For reference I didn't wake up until 1 pm today.) But I might just wake up early and go for an hour or two and then go back home. Then, if I choose to do so, I could always drive down to Sacramento and go to Sac-Anime from 3-4 pm until whenever at night. I just don't want to miss out if it's really fun! ;A;

I mailed out most of the packages today~! Okay, there are still like fifteen to go (less?), but that's not too bad! I forgot about the three-day weekend, orz, so the post office was super-busy today! I was thinking of trying to mail the rest tomorrow during the tiny window of time that the Nevada City Post Office is open, but seeing as mom hijacked my laptop for what appears to be the rest of the night, I can't finish the packaging so I guess Tuesday it is. :/

I ordered twenty-four plus serama eggs to hatch. It was a good deal--less than $1 an egg including shipping and there will probably be more eggs than twenty-four--so I just couldn't pass it up. :D They should be here by Thursday! I hope I get some chicks out of them, I could use some more genetic diversity in my little flock! My two serama chicks are doing great, by the way. I'll be selling some of the six chicks I have but I'm still waiting on being able to tell their genders first.

Need to take kitten photos to post! And clean out the incubator and get it ready for action! Also, my ankles as well as my bitten thumb (which has a small but dramatic black bruise on it) are feeling about 75% better, so that's good. :)
