Thank you for all the sweet and supportive comments on my last entry, everyone. ♥ I really appreciate it. Now that I'm properly rested I'm feeling much, much better. :D Also, I finished all my packaging and shipping today, so that takes a good amount of stress off of me! I'm so ready to enjoy my break and do fun things now~ n___n

My new fixation, courtesy of the BackYard Chickens forums, is getting an incubator for hatching serama eggs. Not only would it be all kinds of fun, I could sell the seramas I hatch and hopefully not hoard them all away, orz as well as the fertile eggs if I'm getting good hatch rates. There's a ton of demand for them as pets and for people's poultry collections like mine. And it would help with my fixation on constantly getting new chicks, ahaha. I would probably only hatch a few small clutches a year, but still, it would be wonderful. I'm looking at some reliable small incubators with automatic egg turners for around $150, which will probably be perfectly doable after Christmas. I'm getting so excited at the prospect! This is going to be fun. :D I've been reading all about the incubation process.

I would say I'm going to be a crazy chicken lady when I get older, but the truth is I already am one, ahaha. :'D

Not much else going on at the moment, to be honest. I can't believe Christmas is in just a few days. As usual, it came up too quickly and now I didn't get to appreciate the fun of the holiday spirit and all that.
