Nov. 27th, 2009 04:04 pmAs I was driving home, I saw a gray squirrel in front of me with his back end crushed. He was trying to drag himself across the road, so I immediately pulled over and picked him up with my coat. He made a little noise when I picked him up, and I covered him fully with my soft jacket and cradled him in my arms as I rushed him to the raptor center to be euthanized. He passed away within minutes, so I dropped him off at the raptor center anyway, to be used as raptor food. He was a beautiful squirrel. It's too bad he didn't make it, but I don't regret picking him up at all. At least he got to pass in a soft, warm, dark place, and now his body will help other animals to live.
In other news, camped out on chat and grabbed myself a full set of canvas Eevee! The full sets (discounted) sold out in four minutes, and from two hundred and ten only six are left. :O
Cornish Christmas starts tonight, yayyyy! I love Cornish Christmas.
That's all for now. :3
