Oct. 5th, 2009 01:13 amI must say, crying really does bring a sense of relief. I feel as though it gathers up a lot of the sadness within me and releases it all at once, and leaves me tired but feeling calmer and more accepting. That's not to say it doesn't still hurt and won't continue being sad for quite a while, but for now at least I feel a bit better.
Things I am looking forward to/would like to do soon:
* Working on Katsu's Skitty drawing for her layout. :D
* Begin to figure out what I want to write for NaNoWriMo. Start thinking up themes, plot, characters, and so on. Definitely excited for NaNoWriMo! I can't believe how fast it's coming up. This year has gone by so fast. I actually like that I haven't figured out what I want to write about yet--it's nice to have a whole host of possibilities of what I could do with my 50K words. It's going to be fun once I start getting some ideas and building on them, because few things are more exciting than beginning a new story and getting all into it.
* Planning a team for HG/SS! I know I want to train a Skarmory, Furret, and either a Quagsire or a shiny Azumarill (will chain Marill until I drop for this if I decide that's what I want to do!), but the other three spots are open and I want to figure out what I'm going to do with them! And then start breeding. :)
* Beat the Elite Four in Platinum so I can get my Shaymin!
* Buy some more bubble wrappers so I can work on my sales post.
* Getting together supplies and whatnot to put eyes and rings on the Umbreon plush.
* Adopt a guinea pig from Melissa's rescue in Sacramento for poor Mei, who just made a friend she got along with great a week ago and already lost that friend. :(
* Take Honey and possibly Hana and Hooch as well to obedience classes.
* Take pictures of my collection and post a collection post once a few more packages come in.
* Work on the AMV with Makayla.
* Figure out what's going on this weekend with Aunt Nancy.
* Plan for YaoiCon and CCWR!
I have a lot of things to look forward to. Also, I'm enjoying the cold weather!
