Jan. 20th, 2009 10:15 amWOOHOO, OBAMA IS PRESIDENT! This is exciting/awesome/amazing, though it hasn't sunk it quite yet.
This entry would be a lot more enthusiastic if I wasn't sick as hell. :( The sore throat has apparently spread to my entire mouth and it hurts badly and my entire head just feels...awful. Like someone has put it in shrinkwrap and is now trying to compress it with one of those things that sucks air out of plastic bags. It's better than having that particular type and strength of flu where you just want to die, but not by much.
Can't even go to class today. I hate missing out on classes, especially because I'm paranoid about missing things, but there's no way I can drag myself to school in this condition. I just hope I'll be able to make it to Chemistry tomorrow because missing out on even one day of Chemistry is a very, very bad thing.
I may still try to make it to Creative Writing tonight depending on how I feel in the evening... I'm not betting on it, though. :/
