Today was a pretty decent day.
I woke up from a dream about finding three baby jays in the chicken coop under a pile of dirty eggs. Two of the jays were nestlings who were just getting their feathers in all the way, and the third was a pinky. Weirdly enough, the two older jays had rainbow spots on their feathers, which confused me. Like in real life, I was attending school, so I didn't really have the time to care for them, but at the same time I insisted on keeping them because I got attached to them really quickly. The pinky was tiiiiny and completely bald, like a hatchling. I kept worrying about how I would care for them and go to school at the same time. I don't remember the end of the dream.
Mom calling to pick me up for class woke me up, so I was tired and kind of confused when I woke up.
In Psychology, we took notes on vision. Woo.
After my usual break, which consisted of eating and talking to Tyler and Sue, I went off to Statistics and got started on my first test for the class. It went really well--in fact, I'm reasonably convinced I aced it. So far, I've aced everything in college, so I have some confidence in myself and keeping my GPA up. As long as I keep up on the work, anyway.
I finished my Statistics test wayyyy early, so I took off and sat in the sun and talked to Rosalie about all kinds of things for the hour and a half I had before English. XD; Turns out she's Childfree, too, though she seems like the type would could potentially change her mind. It's nice, though. Sue also claims to be CF, so I feel nicely surrounded by non-future-breeders.
While I was out there, I spotted the CUTEST little red-breasted nuthatch. OMG it was adorable! ♥ I sat on a branch nearby for a good twenty minutes before taking off. I loved it. :D
That was pretty much my day. Nothing that occurred after school was particularly noteworthy or interesting at all.
