Currently at KK's house, waiting for her to finish her approximately ten minutes of "manual labor" (AKA, she's helping her parents move wood and weird metal things around). So, um, I figured I should write a quick entry before we launch into long discussions of fangirling and watching copious amounts of anime. You know how that goes.

Hmmm...what needs to be said?

Yesterday was a nice, relaxed day, as a direct result of the fact that I have no homework/obligations to speak of. Also, I've discovered fate really *might* be working in my favor after all.

You see, I was walking into the locker room to change into my PE uniform (wow, I'm retarded. I almost typed "unicorn" there), and I began to wish that Mr. Humphers would have a sub. It was just idle wishing as a result of me being lazy and really not wanting to run laps, and I quickly dismissed it as impossible. You see, Mr. Humphers is virtually never absent. He's not human. He doesn't get sick, or need days off, or anything remotely human like that.

So, I changed, went up to the West Gym...and, what do you know! We DID have a sub. Thus, we did not have to run laps. We did have to play basketball, but I'm used to the bitter taste of losing every game by now and have resigned myself to that concept.

And now I'm convinced that fate might like me after all.

Drawing and Painting was normal, pretty much. At one point, I had a very astute observation that I thought was kind of amusing. So, I was sitting there listening to E Nomine, drawing and basically zoning out (okay, apparently *really* zoning out, based off my next thought), and all the sudden, I had an epiphany.

"Wow, this sounds like German..."

OH WAIT. I already knew that. DUH. I realized this in the second directly after that thought, and was woken up from whatever delusions I was previously floating around in.

Went to Mrs. Mclean's class for the usual tea-and-cookies. We got chai and yummy cookies, but that wasn't the end to the feast. Mrs. Mcdaniel (AKA my Creative Writing teacher) came by our classroom and offered us baked potatoes, complete with topping and everything. Someone else brought in pizza. We had plenty to eat. XD And we basically just watched a movie one of the talented students in the class made. (Which was awesome, by the way, if a bit short.) And helped correct papers and other exciting-ness.

I went to Anatomy with Cody and KK (Selah, again, was mysteriously not there), and we got to watch my FAVORITE Anatomy documentary from last year! YES, the awful, awesome Ebola video! This excited me greatly.

I went home with Cody after that, and we...uh... Took up a lot of time doing absolutely nothing, really. XD Well, we did *one* productive thing, which was watch Waking Life, a movie KK loaned us. Waking Life was completely and totally AWESOME, to sum it up. Just...SO cool. If you can find it, I recommend it to every single person whose eyes read this text. It's very philosophical and thoughtful and weird, and the animation is wonderful (and changes even more frequently than in does in FLCL). It brings up a lot of concepts that are very relevant to me, and some of the conversations between the characters reminded me suspiciously of conversations my friends and I have had. I loved it.

The rest of the day, we sat around, were drawing all sorts of things, looking at fanart, played with Boots, and I watched Cody play Warcraft and it was all very exciting, as I'm sure you can imagine. He drove me home at around 8:30 PM-ish, which means we took up about six hours of nothingness. It was fun, though. :3 I love sitting around doing nothing with friends!

So, um, yeah. I'm going to spare you of the details of last night and this morning, because I can sum it all up in seven characters: ff_anbu. So addictive. Seriously.

Um...That is all. Not really much more to say. XD Yeah.

Ha.
