There isn't much of a specific subject...

I forgot to write again yesterday, didn't I?

Oh well. I had a list of things I was supposed to do yesterday, and I think I only accomplished one or two of them, so now I'm guilty as charged. XD I've been so busy lately...

I was *supposed* to finish the next third of my Health course yesterday. I sat down with good intentions, turned on a Maaya Sakamoto CD for background music, and started my homework. Well, this was all well and good--except my pencil ran out of lead before I even got a chance to finish the sentence I was writing.

Six pencils later and only half a chapter done, I decided to call my friends instead.

So, Nicole ended up coming over, and we watched up to episode 134 of Naruto, so now she's much more current on the Naruto happenings. XD She has also been CONVERTED to our side. >D *Leaps up and down flashing a "v"-sign* Initially, she was skeptical while we were watching it (especially with Naruto's comment about Sasuke being like a brother or whatever), but after we finished and KK called from Debate Camp (yay! ^_^), Nicole made it apparent she now supports it. So, we've converted another SasuNaru fan. Go us!

SasuNaru, of course, became the focus of the day after that.

At some point, Makayla and Chris showed up, and after that...fangirling commenced. Of course. XD Poor Chris ended up lying on the floor in the living room, while Makayla, Nicole, and I watched AMVs, looked at SasuNaru fanart collections, and other such things. Then we watched the Naruto Konoha Sports Festival thing, which is still disturbing the second time. The...er...innuendo with the baton caused hysterics, though.

Nicole spent the night, and we were up 'til about 2:30 AM drawing and talking about random things. I drew a weird-looking Pikachu, who I ended up shading and adding weird accesories to, and it actually ended up as a kind of fun drawing. I'm considering doing an art post later, if I finish my Health at a reasonable time.

Then we woke up around 10 AM and read fanfiction until Nicole's mom came and picked her up.

Mmmm...I want to draw more SasuNaru. SasuNaru has eaten my soul.

Unfortunately, I have to do my Health first. ._.

Ehhh... Just a few drawings from the past few weeks. Most are sketches, seven of the eleven are Naruto-related, all are black and white, and none are very spectacular. :P Just warning you--don't expect much.

In case there's anyone out there who is offended by shounen-ai (PG-rated, I suppose PG-13 if you consider Naruto licking Sasuke's mouth somehow inappropriate), you probably don't want to click this.

Feel free to offer suggestions, critiques, etc., because all of these are in pencil and can be changed. So...all comments are appreciated majorly.

OMG... Only five?!

1. I started writing fanfiction when I was eleven years old, and started reading it earlier than that. And when I say 'I wrote fanfiction' we're not talking little silly short stories like "Tehn teh pikahcu did this..." We're talking *novels*. Like--more than a hundred pages, some of them. I went through a period of time where I didn't eat, I didn't sleep, and I became physically ill because I was so obsessed with reading fanfics. Not even joking. I'd just sit up all night on the computer, reading fanfiction and more fanfiction and bad fanfiction and good fanfiction... I'm quite knowledgable on fanfiction now. O_o;; One time I started shaking and couldn't stop because I read fanfiction for like two days straight. It's like DRUGS.

2. I have almost memorized Wolf's Rain. I seriously know just about everything about Wolf's Rain. I could write a book on all my overanalyzation of Wolf's Rain. I think Wolf's Rain is to me what The Bible is to other people. :P I spent 25+ hours writing a Wolf's Rain music guide, which covers every single piece of background music ever used in the show. I labeled and numbered the songs that have yet to be on an OST. I have an Unknown Song guide. I went through the show and labeled every time every one of the songs on the OSTs appeared in the show, too. Took *forever*, and required watching the whole show over again in order to do it. I own almost all the Wolf's Rain merchandise ever released--including the random promotional stuff Bandai released pertaining to it. It's psycho.

3. In my mind, anime conventions are the epitome of existence. To me, marriage seems insignificant. People having children, or graduating, or any of those other moments that humankind shares as precious seem insignificant to me when compared the the epic, wonderful journey that is the anime convention. I can hardly go on a normal vacation anymore, because I think it should be an anime convention. I've been to sixteen conventions now. In less than a year and a half. We've driven eleven hours to an anime convention. If NarutoCon hadn't been called off, we were going to drive another eleven hours (in the same MONTH as the other eleven-hours-away-convention) to go to that. I compare everything to anime conventions. I cosplay outside of conventions, just because I CAN. I wonder why other people don't cosplay outside of conventions. Anime conventions are what I exist for.

4. When I get into a fandom, I *never* abandon that fandom. I just add it to the list. I'm the only person I know who can simultaneously be obsessed with twenty or more things. I mean, sure, I have my "current obsession", but that doesn't change the fact that I'm unhealthily obsessed with everything else, too. Take Pokémon, for example. As of next year, I will have been into that fandom for literally half of my life. I love it dearly. I always will. I don't let go of things. When I say I'm obsessed with that fandom, I mean it. I will learn *everything* about that show. I will literally do *research* on that show. I have--get this--diagrams of Ash's house drawn up. Every room we've seen in his house. From various angles. From outside, from inside, from this angle, and that angle. I have labeled and numbered diagrams of his room, containing every item we know to be in that room. That's just the tip of the iceberg, and there are stories like that for every fandom I'm into. To say I'm not dorky is like saying a bird isn't a bird.

5. I deny the laws of the actual, real world in favor of anime. Other than the occasional J-rocker or really, really, *really* good cosplayer, I am not attracted to real people. No, really. I'm not joking. If my nefarious plan ends up the way I want it to, I will never get in a relationship in my life. Never. I love my anime characters. I love my friends. I don't need anything else than that. I have a list of bishounen that Nicole and I keep. I think last time we counted, it exceeded one hundred (and it needs updating quite badly). That's pretty dorky. Not to mention the shounen-ai obsession. You should see how much Japanese SasuNaru fanart I have saved on my computer and my CD-Rs. I can't even begin to imagine how much of it I have. If I tried to do a slideshow of all of it... It would be one *long* slideshow. I've only been into SasuNaru for what...a few months? Barely? Imagine what that collection will be like in a few more months. O_o;;

Well, there's five reasons. I could've gone on about ten times that amount. XD;; I'm such a dork.
