Bebop! *_*

Gomen for not writing yesterday. I forgot. ^^;;

Anyway, I had just about the most boring weekend ever. >< I mainly did chores for Mom (who is back from the hospital and okay, though she's not allowed to drive 'til Friday) and watched AMVs and burned CDs of my favorite songs for my English project. You know you're crazy when you narrow it down to 78 favorite songs and can't narrow it down any more than that. ^^;; Yeah, 4 CDs worth. It would've been 5 or 6 if I had all my CDs back. ^^;;

Unfortunately, another one of my doves was killed. ;_; I got to Mom's on Saturday morning and discovered feathers everywhere on the bottom of the coop, and one of them missing. So, I've only got Claus and Lavie left. I'm being super-careful with them, and I lock them into their cage every night so whatever animal got the other one can't get them.

Today was an all right day, especially for a Monday.

I got up and started freaking out because Melanie, the lady who was supposed to drive me to school, was completely and totally late because she slept in. ><;; If there's on thing I hate, it's being late to school. I stood out in the road waiting for her for over a half hour, and by the time she came it was already time for me to be at school. So, I was about twenty minutes late. Not that Mrs. McDaniel cared, but I did.

And not only that, I had to stare at her baby on the way to school. *Shudder* Babies are so creepy... ><;;

Anyway, this was made up for by Rae feeding me chocolate when I did get to school. And I was ranting about shounen-ai, as I always do. And...I don't remember. We were having weird conversations about cucumbers and weird songs and other strangeness. We were rather hyper by the time the period ended. ^_^

I'm almost done with the history questions of DOOM. ...w00t... -_-

We took standardized testing in Anatomy. It was kind of entertaining--they don't have standardized tests for Anatomy, so we had to take a Biology test instead. This was ancient history for me, as I took Bio in Freshman year. I managed to dig most of it out of the vast, strange archives of my brain, though, and it was quite easy. Then I went up to the top of the Science Lecture Hall when I was done and yelled at Erin to get her Senior Project manga done so she can come to Fanime. XD

TA period... Not much happened. Rory was depressed, so he was talking to Angela about his problems and then Angela and I got on a rant about how boring school gets at this time of year, and how we lose all of our motivation. Which is true. *Sigh*

For Lunch, I would've gone in the middle room like always, but the choir had 4th lunch anyway so I would've been companion-deprived. I went to the art room instead, where we...uh...did something. I can't really remember, to be honest. Erin was painting a "self-portrait" of a nude female body, and we were all joking about this. She says it's definitely not a self-portrait, but she can pretend it is as, obviously, no one in the class has seen her naked. XD At some point Erin attacked everyone with red paint, so I had streaks of red paint on my cheeks. I just left the streaks there for kicks.

Trig...average. I finished the homework in record time. Unfortunately, I have an F in that class despite the fact I've turned in every homework assignment since the beginning of the year...so that's depressing. We've only taken one test all semester, and I was half-asleep when I took it, so that explains the miserable grade. I have to do something to make my grade at least a C... I won't settle for anything less than that.

In English, we read some great poetry and talked about stuff. That's all.

After school, I talked to KK for a little while, and then when everyone seemed to be leaving I went and found Erin, Bee, KC, Rachel, Jennifer, etc., and this was very entertaining. KC was sitting up in a tree with red paint all over her neck, and she was pretending to be dead. It didn't last long, though, especially when Rachel stole her shoe. XD There was a lot of KC-chasing and random weirdness and everybody had paint on their faces, so it was amusing.

Eventually, though, they left, too, so I went and bothered Ricky for a while. He started screaming about the wonderfulness of yaoi about halfway through the conversation. XD O...kay... Then we discussed Man-Faye, and I swore that you cannot speak of the horrors of Man-Faye unless you've met him in person. And seen him dancing to Brittany Spears. And seen...THINGS...pop out of his shorts that should not see daylight. X_X *Doesn't want to talk about it any more* Of course, Nicole's got it worse, because she was hugged by him. X_x;

Again, Ricky left, so I found Roya in the library on the computers and we looked at cosplayers for an hour. We found these ADORABLE pictures of a Naruto skit from a random convention, in which it was fake casting for Naruto: The Live-Action, and Kiba, Haku, and Shikamaru served as judges and held up numbers for the different contestants. SOOOO cute. Haku introduced and sang the "new Naruto theme song"-- "What is Love". XDDD;; Then all the cosplayers (about forty of them, FYI) were shown dancing together and all in the same, random poses ("Nice Guy" pose, etc.). It was so cute and hysterical. :D I wish I had been there... I should go save those pictures.

Mom's friend Francine gave Ryan and I rides home, and when I got home, Makayla randomly showed up! I forgot I had told her she could come over if she wanted. Anyway, we had much fun. We went down to the chicken coop and decided which chickens would be which anime characters and such (we decided my burro reminds us a lot of Shikamaru), and then we watched Naruto 97-101. Makayla almost died laughing at 101. XD I kept having to pause it because she was laughing so hard.

Also, I got Mom to watch most of Cowboy Bebop: The Movie with me. She got too tired to watch more after an hour and a half, so we'll watch the last half hour tomorrow. She said she really likes what she's seen of it, and she can see why we're so obsessed. XD Yes, go Otaku-Mom! She kept commenting on the background music, too. :D

Well, I *really* have to go to bed. During the duration of me typing this, I've already been up doing things three or four times, and the animal that killed my dove is lurking around the chicken coop (Lily just lead me down there, where one of the rocks around the coop was overturned) and Lily was sniffing like mad. I put a bigger rock still in front of it, and I hope the animal doesn't get in again... ;_;

I need sleep. -_- Oyasumi nasai...
