To be honest, I think I forgot most of today. But I guess we'll see as I type whether or not I remember it...
I had another weird dream.
We were in a hotel room (in San Diego, I'm pretty sure, because we're going with my Mom's side of the family to San Diego over Spring Break). There were lots of red carpets and plush red furniture, and about two steps over on one side of the room that led up to a little stage-type thing (just a slightly elevated bit of ground, still carpeted with red). I think it was my Uncle Bart's hotel room, though I don't know why I think that. It just was.
On the elevated bit of ground was a living, breathing bobcat. It was sort of just a room decoration, though, and for some reason or another it would not leave the elevated amount of ground. It just intended to be nice to look at.
Well, I was fascinated by it (as I would be), and so I kept wandering around it and snapping pictures of it, and trying to get it to stand in certain ways (unsuccessfully).
At some point in the dream, my cat CC came running into the room and I scooped her up and was holding her up to my chest, with her back legs dangling down. Soon after that, a coyote stalked out from behind...well, I was suddenly outside, and it stalked out from behind a garbage dumpster and started chasing me. It was after CC.
So, I sprinted away in the direction of the bathroom (?!) to hide with CC, but the coyote caught up with me and bit one of CC's back legs. At that point I really panicked and was thinking "Calm down, calm down!" but I was sprinting for that bathroom. I think I got in *JUST* before the coyote caught up with me again, but the dream seemed to cut off right before I closed the door, so I'm not sure.
It's cool I've been remembering so many of my dreams lately...
Anyway, I woke up and was tired, and Dad drove me to school in his Jeep instead of the usual work van.
I honestly don't remember anything before first period.
During first period, I showed the letter I wrote to Mrs. McDaniel and some random lady, and they were extremely impressed and charmed by it. I found this a little odd, merely because I put so little effort or thought into the darn thing. I guess just because I wrote the letter as a cat makes it cute, though. Whatever. Yurina was writing Nicole notes teaching her some phrases in Japanese, while I was singing random Japanese songs and...umm...stuff. We spent half the period talking about the reinstatement of the A-pass (yay!).
Second period...erk. I've forgotten. It must not have been very interesting. I think we graded tests from about a month ago. x_x
Third period...filled out worksheets. Talked with Erin about something. I don't remember what it was.
Fourth...average. Snuck into the choir room while delivering. Cleaned counters with Windex.
During lunch, my Anime Overdose plans got tossed out the window when Marina decided she wanted to come. Originally, Nicole was going to go to SF in Emmy's car with her exchange student, and Makayla, Cody, and I were going in my Mom's car. Then Mom, Ryan, Cody, Makayla, and I were going to share a hotel room.
The new plan is that Cody's going to drive down in his car, too, and take Marina, Nicole, and Nicole's exchange student. Makayla and I will go in Mom's car. This took us a while to figure out, by the way. Cody was thinking for quite a while that we were going to have to get another hotel room, because I forgot to mention that Mom reserved one already. @_@
However--more complications! Marina's mom is WEIRD and will not allow her daughter to sleep in the same room as a boy. -_-;; Yes, even harmless Cody-kun, and even with my mother and brother in the same room about five feet away. So, we're currently trying to figure out SOMETHING to fix this confusingness. I hope it works out. If not, then I guess the worst that'll happen is that Marina can't come (and we'll likely revert to original plans), but it'll still be too bad.
Yeah, we spent most of lunch discussing this passionately.
In sixth period, we're taking a group test that makes my head hurt. >< It was funny, Ariel and I were both being equally incompetent. We both put down the wrong problem for the same right problem and were laughing at our remarkable stupidity. We can solve some of these problems, but it's another matter when you ask us to number them correctly!
In English, Mr. Cartan came up with a weird little writing prompt that we're supposed to be working on. He's not going to get mine--it's a dialogue between two otaku and one normal person. ^^;;
I have to buy my Gatsby ticket tomorrow. I can't forget! I'm not dressing up in 20's clothing, though. It entails wearing a skirt or dress, which is not something I'm willing to do under almost any circumstances. I'll take some pictures, though my digital camera is still having problems. >< Why is it the moment I really have a use for my digital camera, it dies?
Anyway, currently writing a note in the Wolf's Rain community asking if any other wolves are coming to Anime Overdose, and I have to go to bed now. Ja ne!
