Nothing in Particular

pacificpikachuHahaha, I win. I got Nicole hooked on LiveJournal, even though she insisted she would never write in it. >:)
Anyway...errr... I'm writing right now only because I always feel guilty when I don't. I'm not quite sure what I want to talk about, though...
We went Christmas shopping last night in Roseville, though my brother protested about it because he wanted to watch the Kings' game. >.> We got lots of Christmas shopping done and I bought myself a pretty book of wolf photographs that I shall use as references for drawing. ^_^ I can always use more work on my wolf proportions. The book is beautiful--more than 200 pages, hardcover, worth at least $35...I got it for $15! I need to grab this month's Newtype, though, because it has an article on Wolf's Rain. And I buy anything that so much as has the words 'Wolf's Rain' on it. :3
TRF-Chan, I'm not sure if my Dad sent your package yet. I'll ask him tonight once I go to his house (currently at Mom's--going to Dad's around 6 PM because Mom is working tonight).
Today I was supposed to go to a party or something with Nicole, but Nicole didn't communicate well enough and I ended up rather confused about what was going on exactly. @_@ I called Cody, but he was clueless, too. I can't even remember who exactly was throwing the party or anything, but I ended up going shopping with Mom instead. Not too exciting because we mostly went to grocery stores and such, but I'm content anyway. *Points* I blame it on the AMVs I downloaded a few days ago. All of them except one or two ended up being excellent (out of twelve or thirteen, that's good), and I'm currently watching them over and over again. Most of them are from RahXephon and Cowboy Bebop, but there's one Hellsing one, a miscellaneous one, and even a very strange and pointless Inuyasha one.
Speaking of Hellsing, I was surprised to find it on some TV station last night. O_O I was excited about it. Even though I don't like Hellsing *that* much, I do find it entertaining. I like the music, the animation is interesting, and Alucard is just cool. :P Everything else is just mediocre, in my opinion. Unfortunately, Mom didn't let me watch anything past the theme song because she didn't want it to scare Ryan. -_-;; *Sigh* There are so many minuses to having a little brother who is afraid of everything from smallpox to aliens to mountain climbers.
I officially have one thousand LJ icons (totaling about 25 MB) saved on my computer as of about five minutes ago. Mew, I need to get a life. XD;; Right now I'm just surfing BMGf and pondering which icon I want to change to.
Sorry this post is so pathetic. I'm not exactly inspired right now.
...I still haven't written that children's story for Creative Writing... -_-;;
Entirely random: Lily (my dog) looks cuter than usual today for some reason. XD And she's usually extremely cute, so...
