pacificpikachuI finished Hyouka...um...when was that? Yesterday? I really enjoyed it! I thought the ending could have been more satisfying, but it was a great series nonetheless and all of the things I said about it before apply. If you like mystery and slice of life, you should definitely check it out!
(Also, the second ending theme is really cute!)
Today I watched the nine episodes of Chuunibyou that are out so far, and it's a likable little series. It's made me laugh several times, and get a little squishy inside a few times. I wouldn't say it's the most amazing series, but it is cute and funny and sweet in its own way. It does make me miss the subtlety of Hyouka a little, though. Again, I'm reminded a bit of Haruhi, and that makes me go, "I'm watching too many KyoAni series at once." Yuuta strikes me as being a very generic anime lead, despite his whole chuunibyou phase and all that.
Mom got all mad at me today again for no good reason. She seems to have gotten over it, I think/hope...
I had so much trouble getting up today. I didn't want to sleep but I didn't feel like I could get up or do anything either. Weird.
Trying to decide if I want to go with my mom and grandma to San Francisco tomorrow to go to my grandfather's grave. It would have been his 90th birthday. I don't remember him because I was really young when he died, so it's not sad for me, but it'll be a long trip and I'm not sure if I'm up for it. I'll be more entertaining than sitting around all day doing nothing, but I also don't want to utterly wipe myself out, which is not a difficult thing to do, for something I'm not super excited about. I dunno.
