I'm thankful to have all of you in my life!
Thanksgiving has always been a somewhat sad holiday for me, but even moreso than usual this year because I have Augustus. I've always liked and appreciated turkeys, but now I have an even keener, stronger love for them than before. Everyone who comes to our house falls in love with Augustus and his charming personality. I love to give him big hugs--his feathers and the skin on his head are really soft and he's all warm. He loves to show off and follow people all over. He is such a sweet and personable bird.
