I picked up two extra MLP:FiM calendars! If you want one, they're $6.50 shipped in the US or $7.50 shipped internationally. They're really cute!

I also got some pony valentines (and a bunch of other things), which I'll be including with my cards I'm sending to people who have given me their addresses. :D

Still have tons of things I want to post, just trying to get to it. I'm keeping myself busy with all kinds of arbitrary tasks and chores. Life is good here, though!

The California quail I took in didn't make it--I suspect there was brain bleeding or swelling going on, and it's probably for the best because one of his legs was useless--but the torn-up guinea is hanging in there and I'm pretty sure he's going to be just fine.

It's been cold lately! The water of the chickens in the garage froze solid yesterday morning. In the garage!

There are My Little pony calendars? WHY DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS? Are they standard calendar size (12" by 12")? I've been looking for a 2012 calendar.

There are! They're a bit smaller than that--maybe 8" x 8"? They're 16 month calendars. :D

BTW, Spike (and some other stuff) went out today! I tried to send yesterday but forgot about the holiday.

Yeah, a lot of calendars are 50% off now. I've seen them on sale since the first week of January, actually. Surely I am not the only person who waits 1-2 months to buy a calendar....

I like to keep calendar pages and frame them as posters. Most of the images on this one would bother me too much because of the weird cropping. (They cut off Rarity's feet!)
