pacificpikachuAaand my first day of summer has been lovely! :D I took care of my poultry (this happens every day, I suppose it's not worth blogging about, but I enjoy it!), Makayla and I went and got frozen yogurt and then I got her started watching Ouran, I showed her my poultry, and took her back home. We have plans to watch lots of anime this summer, haha.
I'm finished with episode seventeen of Toradora! and really enjoying it. ♥ I'm not normally one for romance series (I prefer the romance to be the side to an actual plot), but this series is very well-done and incredibly sweet. I've been rather amazed by its intensity in some scenes, actually. It's rather emotional. It sort of reminds me of watching Honey & Clover, but high school and with a different...tone? I mean it's not really like Honey & Clover per say, but gives me a slightly similar feeling in some ways.
AUGHHHHH, I found something on Ebay that I'm determined to win. And before you ask, no, it's not Pokémon for once. I hope I win it, otherwise I'm going to be very, very sad. ;0; Wish me luck!
I'm so excited for Fanime. *____*
It is an absolutely wonderful feeling being off on summer vacation now. I feel like I've been freed from shackles or something, haha, though of course school isn't that bad. It just makes me happy to have so many things to look forward to.
Oh, tomorrow I get some young kittens to take care of (along with mom) until Wednesday. These are little tiny kittens that need to be fed every few hours around the clock, so it'll be a little challenging but fun. ;0; I'll take pictures, though I still have yet to find my camera cord. I need to look for it more...
While I was taking care of the chickens today, Pen-Pen came with me, and when it got hot out and he was bored he followed Hooch back into the shade and the two of them sat in the shade together. XD SO CUTE.
